Key Facts about the Vehicle Benefits Group Breakdown & Legal Expenses Policy with the RAC:

 

Your Vehicle Benefits RAC Subscription Club membership will continue until you inform us in writing or via email that you wish to continue your cover with us. The vehicle registration number stated within your membership details is the only vehicle covered by this service. Therefore any authorised driver, driving the registered vehicle will be covered.  The services will not be provided for non registered vehicles or invalid registrations.

 

We do not issue a membership number as breakdown cover is vehicle based.  Unfortunately, Vehicle Benefits customers do not have access to use the RAC app. Your Vehicle Benefits RAC Group Breakdown Policy will take effect from your "Policy Start Date" until the "Policy End Date" which will take effect upon your written cancellation of your Vehicle Benefits Subscription Club membership.  Please note that depending on when your policy was purchased your vehicle breakdown cover will not be set up on RAC systems for up to 2 working days after your policy start date (up to 4 days where vehicle cover is purchased during a weekend).  In the instance of a breakdown the RAC will always offer assistance or contact Vehicle Benefits for clarification.

Cancellation - Please note that there is a 14 day cooling off period from the date your policy was purchased, where you can cancel the policy upon your request entitling you to a refund, post this cooling off period no refunds will be accepted. Thereafter you can cancel membership anytime after 60 days from your subscription commencement date subject to providing 30 days written notice by email to info@vehiclebenefits.co.uk.

You must immediately inform us via email (info@vehiclebenefits.co.uk) of any change in vehicle details, noting that only two changes are permitted within any 12 month rolling period.  If you need to contact the scheme administrator Vehicle Benefits please ring 03333 44 66 45 (1)

(1) Vehicle Benefits Team calls are charged between 1p and 13p per minute, plus a 15p call set up fee from landlines.  Calls from mobiles are typically between 5p and 41p per minute.  Calls may be monitored and/or recorded.
